What We Do

PACCT leads and coordinates Jefferson County’s community efforts for Asset Building in our youth.  PACCT empower families, organizations, businesses and individuals to become Asset Builders.  We work to create network of community groups who are promoting the developmental assets. 

PACCT provides Asset Building presentations, trainings, workshops and special events to help raise awareness of the impact that the Asset framework can have on our youth. Research from Search Institute®, Minneapolis MN, creators of the Asset framework, supports the work that PACCT does in this community.
