PACCT is a non-profit supporting positive youth development in Jefferson County, Colorado.

We are a group of committed citizens and organizations representing:

  • Youth Serving Community Organizations

PACCT, Asset-building and the research that supports it shows that identifiable Assets in a young person's life can have a positive impact on such things as academic achievement, violence prevention, and resistance to substance abuse and at-risk behavior.  Asset Building teaches children to make positive life choices for themselves.
